Most foreign entrepreneurs in Japan focus on other foreigners as their customer base (for a variety of reasons that we’ll talk about), but Igor is an exception.

His first B2C startup was promising, but got smacked by the Covid pandemic. The B2B company he eventually pivoted to, “Supasaito,” has become a profitable and growing project!

As usual on this podcast, we go deep — discussing the ins and outs of marketing to Japanese people, how to deal with them both from B2B and B2C aspects.
