As an author, I’ve made a promise to my readers: if you realize that my book is not for you, you can ask for a full refund.

Note: this only applies to refunds for the purpose mentioned above. If you bought it by accident, or it arrived damaged, or you don’t “need” the book anymore, etc, please contact your retailer instead.

I also recommend that you read the free book sample before you buy the book. It contains 40% of the book for free, and more than enough to make a judgment about whether it is for you.


How to get your refund

If you are approved, your refund will be processed using the payment details you provide, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
